4.Material requirements: re-inspection, UT inspection, normalizing, corrosion test.

5.Minimum thickness of designing: please indicate minimum thickness of designing.

6.Welding: welding seam position, welding test plate, all welding seams are ground to flat.

7.Nondestructive inspection: methods, position, quality level.

8.Heat treatment: purposes, process requirements.

9.Alignment datum: Are end cover and drum aligned on the datum of internal circle or external circle? Corresponding tolerance

10.Marks: Label and embossing seal.

11.Monitoring: If monitoring agency is required for testing and monitoring? Please show monitoring process.

12.Quality certification document: Document quantity.

13.Material supply: Please select our specialized materials for end covers. If customs supply materials, please supply material quality certificate. We are not responsible for the poor end cover quality due to custom supplied materials.

14.Place of delivery: Our plant; customers shall indicate place of delivery if transportation arranged on customer's behalf.
