In the training meeting of MR. LIU YAN counselor on 28TH and 29th ,according to our general manager KAWASAKI’s advice,our “chief organization” has been duly organized.

The meaning of “chief organization” is organized by all of the chiefs in our company, and themain work of the organization is following:

1.The training of staffs;the staffs’ thinking.

2.Our” chief organization” make“5S”inspection tour once time a week.

3.Every month hold an activity which is aim at Prevent Rejects.

Our chief hold the activity on 21TH August for the first time,total 17 chiefs attend the activity. Our GL MR. HAYASHI and KAWASAKI made important instructions in activity refer to “PREVENT REJECTS,STRICTLY OBSERVETHE DELIVERY TERM”which is our company policy for this year. In order to get the target, all of our staffs of must be shoulder toshoulder ,solution the problems together, contribute for the healthy development and long-term interests of our company.

In the summery of the activity,reported the situation of training in JULY and the development of 5S. Every chief list the subject at our quality and made the subject for preliminary countermeasure.Manager Huzhengqiang listed someproblems in the delivery time and the preliminary countermeasure. The effort of the subjects and the countermeasure will be confirmed of in next time.Every one think it is no necessary to make ro many subjects, if we can solve one or two subjects every month, and continue the solutions for a certainty we will get profound interest. Chiefs will follow the policy, and carry out the work.
